  5.  Koliko unapred je potrebno započeti planiranje korporativnog događaja?

    Za kompleksnije događaje poput velikih konferencija ili gala proslava, idealno je početi 3 do 6 meseci ranije. Ipak, za manje formate ili hitne zahteve, naša agilnost nam omogućava da kvalitetno realizujemo projekte i u znatno kraćim rokovima (4-6 nedelja).

  6. Da li obezbeđujete tehničku produkciju (ozvučenje, rasveta, LED ekrani)?

    Da. Smartpoint preuzima potpunu odgovornost za tehnički aspekt događaja. To uključuje vrhunsko ozvučenje, scensku rasvetu, LED video zidove, striming opremu za hibridne događaje, kao i izradu scenografije i brending materijala.

  7. Da li pružate podršku u odabiru lokacije i keteringa?

    Apsolutno. Imamo razvijenu mrežu partnera i poznavanje najatraktivnijih event prostora (hoteli, studiji, industrijski prostori, outdoor lokacije). Pored lokacije, koordiniramo ketering, dekoraciju, prevoz i smeštaj za zvanice, vodeći računa o najvišim standardima kvaliteta.

  8. Za koliki broj ljudi možete organizovati događaj?

    Naši kapaciteti su fleksibilni – od ekskluzivnih VIP okupljanja za 20 osoba do masovnih događaja i konferencija sa više od 1.000 učesnika. Bez obzira na broj ljudi, fokus ostaje na besprekornoj logistici i iskustvu svakog pojedinačnog gosta.

  9. Da li organizujete događaje van Beograda?

    Da. Realizujemo događaje na teritoriji cele Srbije, ali i širom regiona i Evrope (Ljubljana, Talin, Opatija, Bukurešt, Budva, Sarajevo, Monca…). Naš tim je opremljen za mobilnu produkciju na bilo kojoj lokaciji koju klijent odabere.

  10. Na koji način merite uspeh organizovanog događaja?

    Nakon svakog događaja dostavljamo detaljan izveštaj. On obuhvata analizu posvećenosti zvanica (engagement), medijsku pokrivenost (ukoliko je PR događaj), analizu troškova u odnosu na budžet, kao i evaluaciju postignutih ciljeva na osnovu povratnih informacija učesnika.
